Returns / Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return products from your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packed when returning it.

If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return the product. You will then be credited the full purchase amount, including shipping costs. The costs of the return shipment will not be reimbursed by us.

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Tape-Deal.com with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. You can send the package, quoting the order number (ORD), to the address below:

We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been received in good order.

Custom products

Custom products, products that are specially made to measure, such as printed tape. Cannot be returned. When purchasing this product, you waive the right of withdrawal.
It is stated with the product whether or not this applies to the product in question.
