TD47 Products’ black cable ties are strong and reliable ties for bundling, securing and organising a wide range of materials. They are ideal for bundling cables and pipes, hanging banners, organising materials and temporarily securing parts.
The cable ties are made from polyamide 6.6 (PA66), a strong and flexible plastic. Thanks to their UV resistance, they are suitable for applications where exposure to sunlight is a factor. They are also resistant to diluted acids and oils and suitable for temperatures up to +85 °C.

Usage and storage advice
Insert the end of the cable tie through the locking head and pull it tight until the desired tension is reached. The locking mechanism holds the tie securely in place. Using suitable cable tie pliers, you can tighten the cable tie and cut off the excess end.
Store the cable ties in their original, sealed packaging, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Polyamide absorbs moisture from the environment, which affects the flexibility and strength of the material.
