The TD47 Double-Sided EXPO Tape is a commonly used exhibition tape, specially developed for temporary applications such as securing carpet, carpet tiles or decomolton to stage parts (also known as stage skirts). The tape adheres excellently to smooth surfaces and can be removed without leaving any adhesive residue.
The tape has two different adhesive layers for optimal performance:
Adhesive layer 1 (closed side): Hot melt synthetic rubber, with a white anti-adhesive layer.
Adhesive layer 2 (open side): Water-based acrylic.
This EXPO tape is an alternative to Boma 4108 High Low Tack Carpet Tape and is widely used in the entertainment industry.
Lighting and sound companies use the tape for temporarily attaching stage curtains.
Stand builders use the tape to temporarily secure carpet or carpet tiles in exhibition stands.
That is why this tape is often referred to as Exhibition Tape.
The TD47 EXPO Carpet Tape is easy to use, can be torn by hand to a limited extent, but can be cut easily with a knife or scissors. For best results, use the tape on smooth, plasticiser-free surfaces.
Of course, we also supply full boxes in addition to individual rolls! The contents of a box of TD47 Double-Sided EXPO Tape 19 mm x 25 m is 72 rolls.
