TD47 Products cable ties are reliable ty-raps that are suitable for almost any application: from bundling cables and pipes to hanging banners, organising materials or temporarily fixing parts. Thanks to their high-quality polyamide (PA66) composition, the cable ties are UV-resistant, resistant to diluted acids and oils, and can be used in a wide temperature range from -40°C to +80°C.

CONTENTS

Each bag of cable ties contains approximately 100 cable ties. This means:

• If you order 1 bag, you will receive approximately 100 cable ties.
• If you need 1,000 cable ties, for example, order 10 bags.

MATERIAL: POLYAMIDE (PA66)

Our standard cable ties are made of polyamide 66 (PA66), a strong and flexible technical plastic used in industrial injection moulding processes.
Important properties:

•  High tensile strength
•  Flexible but dimensionally stable
•  Resistant to chemicals, oils and weather influences
•  Long-lasting durability when used and stored correctly

STORAGE ADVICE

Polyamide is hygroscopic, which means that it absorbs and releases moisture. The correct moisture content (minimum approx. 2.5%) is important for the quality of the material. That is why proper storage is essential.

Our tips for optimal storage:

• Always store cable ties in their original, sealed packaging.
  Opened bags should be used within one year.
• Do not place cable ties in direct sunlight, such as on the dashboard of a bus.
• Keep them away from heat sources such as radiators or heaters.
• Ideal storage conditions: ±23°C, approximately 50% humidity, and preferably in a cupboard or toolbox.

With proper storage, the ties will remain flexible, strong and reliable.

RIGHT OF RETURN

You have 14 days to assess your order. Is the product not what you expected, or is the colour different than you thought? No problem. Returns are possible as long as the outer packaging (seal) is still unopened.
